Sunday, February 5, 2017. Brooklyn, the Resistance, and Vegan Food. I went out and ran five miles this morning, which is my farthest since June. So many places for a vegan to choose from. Here are a few of the places I love so far.

Like everything else here it was a sad imitation of what you see in other places. I was going to own this fucking year.

Mango Coconut Almond Chia Seed Pudding. I add fresh fruit and chopped nuts just before serving to add extra texture and flavor. My favorite flavor combo is Mango Coconut and Almonds. It becomes a decadent breakfast that could also be a healthy dessert! Mango Coconut Almond Chia Pudding. 1 cup unsweetened milk, almond or coconut.

Did you eat a tortured animal today? I am briefly stepping out of retirement because this is important. A lot I find a lot of good places through them. When they first started, I encouraged people to follow them on Instagram. And their following quickly grew. And they are now closing in on 50,000 followers, which is great. The problem is that they recommended food that is not vegan.
